Firm History

J.J. Camp, K.C., Joe Fiorante, K.C. and Sharon Matthews, K.C. have been practicing law together since 1993.  In January 2001 they formed Camp Fiorante Matthews to focus on acting for plaintiffs in aviation cases, class actions, product liability and public interest law. Reidar Mogerman, K.C. started with the firm in 2005 and joined the partnership in 2008. Over the years the firm has grown to 11 lawyers supported by an experienced team of paralegals and legal assistants.

We have over 100 years of collective experience representing clients at all levels of Canadian courts including many appearances before the Supreme Court of Canada and we are regularly retained by other lawyers when their cases involve one of our practices areas.

CFM has a successful track record taking on large complex litigation files often with multi-jurisdictional features. As a result, our firm has established a substantial network of experienced co-counsel in major U.S. and other international jurisdictions. Similarly, we have assembled a broad network of world-class experts to assist us with investigations and in strategic case management and planning.
