December 20, 2017 (the "Class Period"), purchased Fresh Commercial Bread.
This proposed class action arises from an alleged conspiracy to fix, raise, maintain or stabilize prices of Fresh Commercial Bread sold in Canada, including in British Columbia. During the Class Period of January 1, 2001 until at least December 20, 2017, it is alleged that the defendants and their senior executives participated in illegal and secretive meetings and made agreements relating to the price for Fresh Commercial Bread.
