Naomi maintains a litigation practice, representing clients in a range of civil matters at the trial and appellate level in a number of jurisdictions.
Naomi primarily represents plaintiffs in complicated civil litigation claims against large companies. Her work focuses on class actions and product liability matters, including aviation accidents. For class actions, Naomi’s work is varied and includes claims in relation to competition law, conspiracies, Ponzi schemes, breach of privacy, systemic abuse, and fraud. She has represented clients before superior and/or appellate courts in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut.
Focused on ensuring her clients feel heard and understood, Naomi provides forthcoming and compassionate assistance while helping her clients navigate difficult situations.
Naomi has an undergraduate degree in Economics and Political Science and a law degree from the University of Victoria. Naomi is past co-chair of the Canadian Bar Association’s Class Action Section, and volunteers with Access Pro Brono.
Outside of the office, Naomi and her family explore the outdoors and participate in a variety of sports and activities, including skiing, cycling, and snowboarding.
