Michelle is a partner at CFM. She represents plaintiffs in class actions and has particular expertise in the areas of competition law and consumer protection. She has worked on price fixing class actions since joining CFM in 2012, including matters involving automotive parts, beef, bread, capacitors, hard disc drives, lithium ion batteries, optical disc drives, static random access memory and vehicle carrier services.
Michelle is recognized by Chambers Canada and Benchmark Litigation Canada as a leading lawyer in plaintiff-side class actions.
Michelle studied law at University of Toronto, Faculty of Law, and worked with distinguished faculty members on several academic projects related to Law and Economics.
