Motivated by facilitating access to justice, Chelsea works to assist people who are affected by the actions of large corporations and governments. Chelsea aims to provide her clients with a creative, organized approach and helps make the legal system feel accessible.
Chelsea’s practice is focused on class action litigation with an emphasis on cases involving anti-competitive conduct, product liability, and consumer protection. Chelsea has worked for both plaintiffs and defendants across a broad range of class actions, giving her familiarity with the strategies that are often taken by both sides. She has represented clients before superior and appellate courts in Alberta, British Columbia, and Ontario.

She is a current member-at-large and past co-chair and secretary of the Canadian Bar Association’s Class Actions Section and regularly presents at class actions conferences across Canada.
