Andrew practices in tort claims and class actions, including cases of institutional physical and sexual abuse. He has a particular interest in the firm’s aviation matters and obtained his pilot’s license during law school. He has appeared at all levels of court in British Columbia and has helped clients resolve matters before the Canadian Human Rights Tribunal and Transportation Appeal Tribunal of Canada. He also volunteers with Access Pro Bono.
Andrew attended law school at the University of Victoria after studying international relations and working for several years in federal politics and legislative affairs in Parliament.
Outside the office, Andrew enjoys woodworking and camping. During the week, his most important duty is to assist Walter—the firm’s Golden Retriever—with his daily commute.
