This proposed class action alleges the defendants conspired to fix the price of HDD suspension assemblies.  HDD suspension assemblies are a necessary component of hard disk drives and are found in products such as external hard disk drives, laptop and desktop computers, computer servers, electronic storage devices that can be accessed remotely, personal video recorders (“PVRs”), and gaming consoles.


Class Members: All persons and entities in Canada who purchased one or more products which contained an HDD Suspension Assembly between January 1, 2003, and April 30, 2016 (“Class Period”), including a subclass of all persons and entities in Canada who purchased one or more products that contained an HDD Suspension Assembly in Quebec during the Class Period (“Quebec Subclass”).
