Adam represents people whose lives have been impacted by the actions of large corporations and institutions. His practice focuses on class actions, with an emphasis on cases involving systemic negligence and abuse, consumer protection, and constitutional law. Adam has appeared as counsel before the superior and appellate courts in British Columbia, as well as various administrative tribunals.
Before joining CFM, Adam clerked at the Supreme Court of British Columbia. He also worked at a large national firm, where he acted for defendants and gained insights into the strategies employed on both sides of a lawsuit.
Adam earned his law degree from the University of British Columbia and his undergraduate degree from Columbia University.
