The proposed class action alleges Correctional Service of Canada (CSC)  systemically failed to provided access to culturally-informed correctional resources and Indigenous culture and spiritual practices.


Class Members: All First Nations, Inuit and Métis persons who were incarcerated in, or on conditional release from, a federal correctional institution between April 17, 1985 and the present.
