Michelle represents plaintiffs in class actions, with particular expertise in the areas of competition law and consumer protection. She has appeared in the British Columbia Supreme Court and Court of Appeal, Ontario Superior Court of Justice, Superior Court of Quebec, and Workers’ Compensation Appeal Tribunal.

Michelle is listed by Chambers Canada as a top up and coming lawyer working in plaintiff-side class actions.

Michelle assists US law firms with enforcement of letters rogatory and requests for judicial assistance from the Supreme Court of British Columbia.

Michelle is a member of the board of directors of the Vancouver Community Birth Foundation.

Michelle studied law at University of Toronto, Faculty of Law, and worked with distinguished faculty members on several academic projects related to Law and Economics.
