David Jones is a partner at CFM Lawyers LLP who focuses on class actions and product liability matters including aviation.  He has extensive experience in price-fixing class actions including matters involving vitamins, hydrogen peroxide, DRAM, Microsoft, ODD, batteries, CRT and the auto sector, amongst others.  He holds an undergraduate degree in Economics from Queens University and a law degree from the University of British Columbia.  He was called to the BC Bar in 1994.
