Settlements have been reached with the defendants in the following actions:
Robert Bosch GmbH, Robert Bosch Inc., and Robert Bosch LLC (“Bosch”), in the amount of $250,000.
Mitsubishi Electric Corporation, Mitsubishi Electric Automotive America, Inc. and Mitsubishi Electric Sales Canada, Inc. (“Mitsubishi Electric”), in the amount of $2,000,000.
Bosch, in the amount of $150,000.
Requests to opt-out of the proceedings must be post-marked by May 13, 2019.
Mitsubishi Electric, in the amount of $2,200,000.
Mitsubishi Electric, in the amount of $2,500,000.
Aisan Industry Co. Ltd., Franklin Precision Industry, Inc., Aisan Corporation of America and Hyundam Industrial Co., Ltd. (“Aisan”), in the amount of $40,000.
Bosch, in the amount of $375,000.
Mitsubishi Electric, in the amount of $400,000.
The Aisan, Bosch and Mitsubishi Electric settlements are subject to court approval in Ontario, British Columbia and Quebec. The Aisan, Bosch, and Mitsubishi Electric settlements were approved by the Ontario Court on September 21, 2018, and in the Quebec Court on November 30, 2018. On April 24, 2019, at 9:30am the British Columbia Court will hold a hearing at the Vancouver Court House at 800 Smithe Street, Vancouver, British Columbia.

The settlement funds (plus interest, less court-approved fees and expenses) are being held in trust for the benefit of settlement class members. At a later date, the courts will be asked to approve a method of distributing the settlement funds to settlement class members.
