The CFM partners have practiced together since 1993 and concentrate their practice in acting for plaintiffs in product liability, class action and aviation cases. We have acted in product liability and aviation cases for over 30 years and in class actions since the inception of the Class Proceedings Act in 1995.

CFM takes on large and complex legal matters. We spearheaded the $1.6 billion dollar hepatitis C pan-Canadian class action. We have represented our clients at all levels of court including many appearances before the Supreme Court of Canada.
