Jane S. Tielker, Senior Paralegal

Jane has a Bachelor of Arts from Simon Fraser University, is a graduate of the SFU Foundation Program in Management for Women and completed the Legal Assistant Diploma in 1990. Since then, she has had extensive experience as a legal assistant in class actions, product liability, aviation, construction and corporate litigation. Jane speaks and reads German as well as English.

Lise Carmichael , Paralegal

Lise's background includes an Associate of Arts Degree, majoring in Anthropology/Archaeology from Okanagan University College (BC) plus her Paralegal Diploma from Capilano College. She has been working as a paralegal since 2003 and has managed a number of files including  marine and aviation insurance, civil and regulatory law, environmental and natural resource law, aboriginal law, and insurance defence and plaintiff cases.

Linnae Roach, Paralegal

Linnae obtained her Bachelor of Arts majoring in Political Science from Simon Fraser University in 1997 and the Capilano College Legal Assistant Diploma in 2000. She joined CFM in 2001. Her experience includes construction cases, class actions and product liability litigation. Linnae was raised in Montreal and speaks and reads French as well as English.

Natalie Beaupré-Fulton , Paralegal

Natalie obtained her Bachelor of Arts majoring in History and Criminology from the University of Ottawa in 1994 followed by a Legal Assistant Diploma from Algonquin College in 1999.  Her experience includes class action, debtor/creditor, product liability, aviation and extensive personal injury litigation in the area of Plaintiff MVA cases.  Having been raised in a small town in Northern Ontario, Natalie is fluently bilingual in oral and written French.

Sharon Wong , Paralegal

Sharon obtained her Bachelor of Arts with a double major in Psychology and Family Studies from the University of British Columbia in 2005.  In 2009, Sharon obtained her Paralegal Diploma from Capilano University and is a current member in good standing of the BC Paralegal Association.  She is currently learning the ropes of class action litigation and aviation law at CFM.  Sharon is fluent in Cantonese.
