SRAM (Static Random Access Memory) Class Action

Class Members: All persons resident in British Columbia who purchased static random access memory ("SRAM") or products that contained SRAM.

The SRAM class action was commenced on behalf of direct and indirect consumers of SRAM. The claim alleges price-fixing by the defendant manufacturers of SRAM during the class period set out above. The Statement of Claim pleads conspiracy, breach of the Competition Act, tortuous interference with economic relations and unjust enrichment.

This action is being brought in conjunction with a similar action commenced by our co-counsel in the province of Ontario.
