This proposed class action relates to alleged price fixing of CRT and products containing CRT. The Amended Writ of Summons and Statement of Claim were filed in the Supreme Court of British Columbia, Vancouver Registry No. S097394 on November 13, 2009.
A settlement has been reached with one of the defendants, Chunghwa Picture Tubes Ltd., Chunghwa Picture Tubes (Malyasia) Sdn. Bhd. and their related entities, including Tatung Company, Tatung Company America, Inc. and Tatung Co. of Canada Inc. The certification and settlement approval hearing was held at the Vancouver Courthouse on January 11, 2011. A settlement has been reached with Chunghwa Picture Tubes Ltd. and Chunghwa Picture
Tubes (Malaysia) SDN. BHD.
