Senior Legal Administrative Assistant

We are currently looking for a top performing strategically-minded individual to join their firm in the capacity of Senior Litigation Legal Administrative Assistant for a two year term.  This position may become permanent.  Please reference job posting “201710LAA03″ in your application.  Please send me your resume and cover letter.   The position of Legal Administrative Assistant (Litigation) requires a high performing “best in class” individual with strong analytical, legal administrative assistant and executive assistant skills. The candidate must have a pleasant and calm disposition (especially under pressure) with the keen ability to anticipate and proactively interpret the needs of the firm’s partners. The litigation cases at CFM are complex legally, technically and jurisdictionally. The successful individual will demonstrate a keen interest in collaborating with the partners in the details of these cases.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Completion of Legal Administrative Assistant program at an accredited post secondary institution (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum of 8-10 years litigation experience
  • Excellent Organization skills
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Able to exercise professional judgement and solve problems
  • Able to work independently
  • Advanced Computer Literacy
